Donate to support Saint Louis Counseling’s School Partnership Program

At schools around the region, therapists from Saint Louis Counseling, a ministry of Catholic Charities, are helping students navigate challenges like heightened anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and other mental health issues. With this support, students have more opportunities for academic success and overall well-being – leading to a greater likelihood that the school environment promotes stronger learning for all.

You can help this ripple effect spread! Your financial gift to Saint Louis Counseling can help more students receive these services.

We provide these services through our School Partnership Program. Through SPP, therapists are embedded up to five days a week at 120 Catholic, private, and public schools. Students receive SPP services free of charge, thanks to funding from Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, investment from partner schools – and the generosity of program supporters like you.

In addition to services from embedded therapists, Saint Louis Counseling’s School Partnership Program also offers:

  • School-based services on an as-needed basis
  • Crisis response services when trauma affects the school community
  • Consultative services to equip staff
  • Prevention services in the form of educational programs for students, faculty, and/or parents

It costs more than $18,000 to provide the services of a therapist for one full day every week throughout the school year at one school. The average investment from a partner school is $12,000. We need your help to cover that gap and ensure that these important services are available to as many students as possible. Please join us!
