At Saint Louis Counseling, a ministry of Catholic Charities, we’re committed to removing barriers to mental health care. One way we make services accessible is through telehealth, so that you can connect with a compassionate professional therapist anywhere you can get online.

When you use telehealth services, your therapist will provide you with a link to securely connect through Zoom. Your connection on Zoom is confidential, complying with HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and protecting your privacy.

Of course, you’ll want to join the call from somewhere where people around you won’t be able to overhear what you share. Rest assured, your therapist will also participate from a place where people won’t be able to hear the conversation.

Telehealth is a great option if you don’t have access to transportation, or if you want to save travel time. And if you simply prefer connecting online, that’s great, too.

We believe there shouldn’t be anything in the way of your journey to mental health. Along with telehealth, we have six locations for in-person therapy throughout the Archdiocese of St. Louis, including in rural areas where care can otherwise be hard to find. See all of our locations here.
