Saint Louis Counseling participates in Florissant Mental Health Town Hall
Saint Louis Counseling, a ministry of Catholic Charities, recently joined a local mental health awareness town hall event to provide community education and connect people with resources. The May 21 event in Florissant, hosted by state Senator Angela Mosley, helped to familiarize the community with local mental health needs and with our services.
“Thank you to Senator Mosley for discussing the important topics of reducing the stigma of mental health treatment and increasing access to services in underserved communities,” said Chris Seigel, Saint Louis Counseling’s chief program officer. “We are inspired by her commitment to making mental health care more inclusive and accessible for all.”
