Sara Scott, LCSW

Sara Scott is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri with 25 years of clinical experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Columbia College in 1998 and her master’s degree in Social Work from Saint Louis University in 2001.

Sara pursued social work out of a passion for helping others move beyond the barriers that prevent them from reaching their full potential. She is committed to leading, empowering, and supporting individuals as they grow into who they desire to be and discover their purpose.

Throughout her career, Sara has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including nonprofit organizations, hospitals, prisons, and schools. She provides counseling for couples, individuals, both adults and children, and facilitates group therapy. Her specialized training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, and trauma focused treatments.

Sara’s goal is to help clients achieve meaningful progress within a safe, authentic, and compassionate environment. She tailors therapy to each individual, creating a personalized experience that supports lasting growth and healing.
