Sydney Berthlett, LPC

Sydney is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. She earned both her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and her bachelor’s degree in Family Studies from Southeast Missouri State University. In her hybrid role at Saint Louis Counseling, Sydney divides her time between school and office settings.

She has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and college students. Sydney is passionate about supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, identity exploration, and relationship concerns.

Sydney takes a humanistic approach to counseling, placing strong emphasis on rapport and the development of a healthy therapeutic relationship. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to grow.
