Byron Devrouax, MSW, LCSW earned his master’s in Social Work from Saint Louis University. He holds a second graduate degree from Lindenwood University and has advanced training in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), the Wraparound Process and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). He provides therapy to adults, families and children with a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression and/or anxiety, child abuse, crisis intervention and grief/loss. Byron has an abundance of experience with child welfare/foster care system (working with at-risk populations, both public and private sectors), hospitals and schools. In his clinical practice, he is a proponent of Bowen Family Systems Theory. He has a special interest in working with children and families, assessments, C-BITS, cultural diversity and strength-based treatment.
